What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is organised by each Vendor and they select the best methor for your order. Generally shipping is via Australia Post but may be via a courier depending on the nature of your order. We recommend contacting the vendor via 'Ask a Question' should you have any specific shipping questions.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Our site is only for Australian purchases and delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We expect our Vendors to proicess and ship your orders in a timely manner. Delivery timeframes are product and Vendor specific. We recommend you contact the Vendor via 'Ask a Question' on the product page should you wish to know more about delivery timeframes.

Is Buying through Gourmet Groceries Safe?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change your order through your account or by contacting the Vendor directly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not required to place an order with Gourmet Groceries. We do, however, reocmmend creating an account to easily manage your order(s)

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking details are sent to you once your order has been shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can easily request a product return and refund through your account by clocking on the order and selecting Return.
